Do you usually watch the games you bet on, or is it not that important to you?
In my case, I occasionally watch matches that I bet on before the game. However, I always watch matches that I bet on live (a minority of my bets, maybe about 10%).

Watching the matches I had bet on was too stressful for me, but that changed with time and experience, and now I can watch those matches. However, I often watch completely different matches from a given league round than the ones I bet on; I simply choose the more interesting ones to watch, and the betting criterion is not decisive.

For me, betting and watching sports don’t really go together, except in rare cases.
In the long run, however, watching helps draw conclusions for future bets.
