Which form of betting do you think is more advantageous for a smart player? Traditional bookmakers or sports betting exchanges? Both forms differ from each other and have advantages and disadvantages, so I wanted to narrow down the topic to a specific type of player. That is, at least an intermediate player.

When it comes to bookmakers, I am of course referring to the serious ones, with high odds and limits, who accept various betting models that are not recreational gambling. I think this type of bookmaker is the most suitable for comparison with betting exchanges.

What is your opinion on this? Do you use one option or both? To achieve a high level, is it better to focus on only one solution?

It cannot be said that one has an advantage over the other. Both bookmakers and exchanges are necessary for players, and for advanced players, both models are very important. You simply have to use value in your bets, and whether in your case it occurs on the exchange or at the bookmaker is irrelevant. Just look at all the bet brokers, they offer both, so you can see that players expect comprehensive solutions.
