1. General provisions

2. Registration and use of the account

2.4. It is prohibited to create more than one account in order to circumvent blocks or restrictions.

is responsible for the security of their password and the actions performed on their account.

3. Rules for publishing content

3.1. The user is solely responsible for the content they publish.
3.2. It is prohibited to post content that is:
a) illegal,
b) infringes
copyright or personal rights,
c) offensive, vulgar, pornographic, discriminatory,
d) incites violence or hatred,
e) promoting illegal bookmakers
or other illegal activities,
f) containing personal data of other persons without their consent.
3.3. Advertising content may only be published after obtaining the consent of the
Administrator.
3.4. The published content does not constitute investment recommendations or legal advice.

4. Moderation and sanctions

4.1. Moderators have the right to:
a) edit or delete content that violates the Terms and Conditions,
b) move topics to the appropriate sections,
c) reprimand Users,
d)
block accounts temporarily or permanently.
4.2. The Administrator may block an account without notice in the event of a serious violation of the Terms of Use.
4.3. The decisions of moderators and administrators
are final within the Forum.

5. Liability

5.1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the Forum operates without interruptions or errors, but does not guarantee full availability.
5.2. The Administrator is not responsible
for:
a) content published by Users,
b) the consequences of decisions made by Users based on the content of the Forum,
c) interruptions in operation caused by failures
or maintenance work.
5.3. The User agrees to use the Forum in accordance with the law and good manners.

6. Advertising and partnerships

6.1. All advertising activities on the Forum require the written or e-mail consent of the Administrator.
6.2. Sponsored content must be clearly marked.
6.3. Affiliate links
may only be published in the sections designated for this purpose.

7. Termination of the agreement and account deletion

7.1. The User may delete their account at any time by sending a request to the Administrator.
7.2. The Administrator may delete an account in the event of:
a) a gross violation of the Terms and Conditions,
b) prolonged inactivity,
c) a legal requirement.

8. Copyright

8.1. The copyright to the content published by Users remains their property.
8.2. The User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, free
license to use the content to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Forum.

9. Personal data

9.1. The rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Forum.Broker Privacy Policy.
9.2. By registering on the Forum, the User accepts the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

10. Jurisdiction

10.1. Legal regulations regarding sports betting and agent–style betting may vary depending on location.
10.2. It is the user’s responsibility to check and ensure that betting with brokers and bookmakers is legal in their chosen jurisdiction.
10.3. ForumBroker is not targeted at any specific market (country).

10.1. ForumBroker is not responsible for the terms and conditions of third parties.
